From your arrival, the International Welcome Desk welcomes you face to face for all your administrative procedures.
The International Welcome Desk for international students at CY Cergy Paris Université opens its doors once again from 3rd September to 31st October. The CIJ (Youth Information Centre) of the Val d’Oise department is honoring us one more year by hosting the Guichet Unique, with the objective of becoming a permanent multi-service platform, in compliance with health regulations in the Covid-19 context.
Providing a better welcoming for international students, facilitating all administrative procedures, giving support once you arrive on the French territory and access to the opportunities offered by the campus, the International Welcome Desk Cergy Campus centralizes all welcome procedures and information. It brings together all essential territory institutions for international students who pursue their studies and research, from their arrival to the settlement in France. A SINGLE DESK MAINLY DESIGNED FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS !
Concerned about the common well-being and always in compliance with the health regulations, the reception of foreign students will be upon appointment via a platform developed by the CNOUS. They will be received for individual interviews for all their formalities. And may be provided, for this edition, with additional information on housing, banks, health and courses in French as a foreign language (FLE), etc...

With the support of the Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation via the « Bienvenue en France » program, the Welcome Desk is in keeping with the commitment to a permanent welcome guichet in the framework of the growth of Cergy as an international campus. A collaboration between academic actors, territorial collectivities and state authorities, contributes to the advancement and the promotion of French higher education at the international level.
