Application form :

After your official nomination by your home university, you need to complete the 2023-2024 application form.

This application form will be sent to you by email after we have received your official nomination issued by your home university.

Deadlines for submission of applications :

Applications must be submitted exclusively by email and by post between:
  

• 1st April and 30th April 2023 for students arriving for the first semester or for the 2023-2024 academic year.

AND

• 1st October and 31st October 2023 for students arriving for the second semester

The coordinators and referents can help you with any questions concerning your exchange mobility at CY Cergy Paris Université (such as the list of courses open to you, your timetable, ECTS credits, course start and end dates etc.).

It is also important to contact them in order to draw up your provisional learning agreement (page 2 of the application form).

When your application form has been duly completed, dated and signed, please send us a scanned copy with the requested documents by email:  incomingmobility@ml.u-cergy.fr
 

If you are a student from outside of Europe, please note the following information:
 
•     After acceptance of your application, you will receive a letter of invitation from CY Cergy Paris Université.
You will need this document in order to obtain a student visa.

•     Affiliation to the French social security system via the Caisse Primaire d'Assurance Maladie (CPAM) is compulsory: https://etudiant-etranger.ameli.fr/#/ (the website is available in other languages)

•     BEFORE your arrival at Cergy, please bring your birth certificate in the original language and its translation into French by a sworn translator.
