PLEASE NOTE: In application of the decree of 19 April 2019 relating to the implementation of differentiated fees for international students, the fee for bachelor's degrees is €2850 per year and the fee for master's degrees is €3879 per year. As part of its internationalisation strategy, please note that opportunities to apply for waivers of these fees will be considered on a case-by-case basis according to criteria of excellence. Therefore, we invite you to continue your application, the terms and conditions governing these requests will be communicated later on this page.
Registration for a degree: €2,850
Master's registration: €3,879
However, as part of our internationalisation strategy, partial exemptions (i.e. payment of national fees) will be possible on the basis of excellence. Indeed, we do not want excellent candidates to be prevented from joining our university because of the application of these differentiated fees. Please not that exemptions can be declined and in that case you will have to pay differentiated fees in order to be enrolled.

Calendar :
Applications will be examined by an exemption commission.
Notifications of award and non-award will be sent to applicants by e-mail by the Scholarship Office of the Education Department.

For 2025-2026, applicants of foreign nationality outside the EU who reside in a country not affiliated to Campus France must follow the DAP procedure (Demande d'Admission Préalable, dossier blanc) until December 15th 2024. VALIDATION OF YOUR VLS-TS ON ARRIVAL IN FRANCE
If you have a VLS-TS (long-stay visa with residence permit), you must have it validated within 2 months of your arrival in France

FIRST APPLICATION FOR A VLS RESIDENCE PERMIT
If you are of Algerian nationality and have just arrived in France with a VLS (long-stay visa), you must apply for a residence permit within 2 months of entering France.

RENEWAL OF RESIDENCE PERMIT
Four months before your visa expires, you must apply for a renewal of your residence permit. Your form will be processed by order of arrival, so we advise you to submit it 4 months before the expiration.

You have to schedule an appointment at your residential prefecture two months before you reach the age of 18.

Certificate on honour of financial support
GOOD TO KNOW :
Only the Prefecture is competent to issue and deliver the residence permit. The Pôle mobilité individuelle will not issue your residence permit. Your form will be processed by order of arrival, so we advise you to submit it 4 months before the expiration.
PENALTIES FOR DELAY
Remember to do your formalities early enough! If you did your renewal after the expiration of your residence permit you are subject to the payment of a regularisation fee. Remember to apply for your renewal four months before your permit expires.

French Foreign Language University Degree
CY Cergy Paris Université and the Centre de Langue Française offer international students and anyone wishing to develop their French language skills a diploma course entirely devoted to learning French as a foreign language: the DUFLE.
This diploma enables students to reinforce their four key written and oral skills, develop their cultural and intercultural competencies, familiarize themselves with French and French-speaking society, and discover the university environment (lexicon, methodology, etc.).
