Enrolment in L1 (i.e.: bachelor’s degrees/Ungraduate, year 1)

Applicants residing in a country participating in the Campus France procedure
For the 2023-2024 academic year: Applications are closed.
For 2024-2025, if you reside in one of the 65 participant countries of Campus France and the Etudes en France procedure (see list at the bottom of the page), you have to follow the latter procedure by creating your application from 1st October to 15th December 2023 via this link :

Foreign applicants from outside the EU, residing in countries not participating in Campus France have to follow the “DAP blanc” - “prior application for admission” procedure (Demande d'Admission Préalable: applicants have to fill in the “dossier blanc” application form) from 1st October to 15th December 2023 in order to apply for enrolment in L1 (i.e. bachelor’s degrees, year 1).

VALIDATION OF YOUR LONG-STAY VISA-RESIDENCE PERMIT (VLS-TS) ON ARRIVAL IN FRANCE

GOOD TO KNOW :The Prefecture has sole authority for the granting and handing over of residence permits. The individual mobility centre does not issue your residence permit.
PENALTIES FOR LATENESS
Remember to leave enough time for the completion of your administrative procedures! A fee of 180 euros is now charged for all applications for the renewal of residence permits submitted after the expiry of the previous permit. Remember to apply for renewal four months before the expiry of your permit.

PLEASE NOTE: In application of the decree of April 19, 2019 on the implementation of differentiated fees for international students, the fee for Licenses is €2770 per year and the fee for Masters is €3770 per year. As part of its internationalization strategy, please note that opportunities to apply for waivers of these fees will be considered on a case-by-case basis based on criteria of excellence. Therefore, we invite you to continue your application, the terms and conditions governing these requests will be communicated later on this page.
Registration in Bachelor’s degree (Licence): 2 770 €
Registration in Master’s degree : 3 770 €
However, within the framework of our internationalization strategy, partial exemptions (namely the payment of national fees) will be possible according to excellence criteria. Indeed, we do not want excellent candidates to be hindered from joining our university because of the implementation of these differentiated rights.
